People choose to be part of startups to work in a challenging environment and that's why I have been associated with it. When you get that challenging and encouraging environment, you tend to work extra and learn extra. Getting to work on something from scratch sounds mesmerizing... But at the same time, the opportunities always come with challenges... Tech Stack and New Challenges that you get to work on - Based on my experience, The tech stack getting used here is the eye-catcher for all the techies. It's a technology-driven organization and that's the reason people get attracted to the product. Flexibility and work-life balance- Though at an early stage the flexibility was a challenge to have because of inter-team dependencies to get things completed on time, now it's better and it will again change with time. Work-life balance still needs to be focused on and which will improve with time, because having a team of 10 working on something and a team of 100 working on the same thing will definitely create a difference.
