Company and management is very toxic, non compliance rules for holidays and leaves of out station employees(haven’t got my diwali holiday got sandwiched). Hr is not supportive of any employee and complains are not taken seriously and directly taken to reporting manager. Management is very toxic as only 2 people control them with zero belief in their employees leading to mismanagement between reporting manager and team....Read More
