Youtube Operations (CUET)/ Career Launcher

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:

• Develop, and upload engaging educational content related to MBA, Law entrance exams, and

other competitive exams.

• Coordinate with educators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce high-quality videos.
• Ensure all content aligns with the companys brand and educational goals.

Channel Optimization:

Implement SEO strategies to increase the visibility and search ranking of videos.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better engagement and reach.

Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics using YouTube Analytics and other tools.

Audience Engagement:

Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Organize live sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions with subject matter experts.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the digital marketing team to align YouTube strategies with overall marketing

goals. Coordinate cross-promotion of content on social media platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on channel performance, viewer demographics, and engagement

metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving content and strategies based on data

analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate.

Courses/certification on YT algorithm/SEO etc would be preferred

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in YouTube channel management or a similar role.

Experience in growing and managing a YouTube channel is preferred.

Knowledge of MBA and/or Law entrance exams & is preferred.

Skills:

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and video production processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
