Only thing that is ok about this company is its alternate day work from office and home.

Dislikes

No vision of the company, absolutely no focus on what they want to do , they only enjoy doing meetings with only favourite people will be appreciated and will be given power. Micro managing the hods is all they like to do, and one has no say in decision making. This actually is a school run under the name of company. Any division will be closed any day without giving any prior notice, employes here are just pons working under the founder who has no idea on how to run an organization. Totally egoistic and not so rationale founder this company has. Please dont join this organization unless you want to become a slave or a puppet of the founder and her deputy ....Read More
