Company is very good but it's management is very poor and not effective. No planning by LPFD head. Everything was depended on his mood and ego.

Dislikes

Got laidoff only in 8 month's. Company didn't think about its employees, for the sake of benefits they makes layoff. Mass hiring then throw out . Will never suggest anyone to join this company.
