If you are joining as a staff software engineer or above, then it's ok. Otherwise less pay, no promotions. Very volatile company. CEO wakes up everyday with some wild dreams and all of a sudden, takes big decisions without proper planning. Like Modiji

Citrix has recently acquired by an investor and then it has been rebranded as a unit of Cloud software Group. In Csg already massive layoffs has happened Citrix had two office in Bangalore in which employees have been laid off and now we have one office. Tech support and customer service is outsourced.
