I Joined CT in 2021 and it was good. Now it is very bad.

Dislikes

Everything. Politics at its peak. DLs doesn't understand what tech stack a person has they just make candidates give interview in any field irrespective of experience and knowledge.

Need advice for selecting the right company

Need help in deciding the company. 1.Fractal Analytics 2.IRIS Software Inc. 3.Perficient 4.BP (British petroleum) 5.Genpact 6.Nagarro 7.GlobalLogic CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7 All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.
