A few perks here and there to assist with employee satisfaction.

Dislikes

Unless you are a part of a project team, which are the cash cows for CitiusTech, being a part of any function/department, you will never be paid for what your worth is in the industry. Even when they try to retain an employee, they will offer much less than what the holding offer is. Never in the whole world is such a gamble offered or paid off.

Micro management in some projects. Long bench periods. High mental stress due to job security. Job security always on risk. Be prepared with your skills every day and have a back up plan

You will get good projects to learn trend tools as azure,aws gcp cloud platform as well as generative AI sessions. Work life balance is good. They are giving both WFH/WFO. Food quality is good.

As of now my whole career I don't want to think negative. But there is timesheet need to maintain on twice in month month as per deployed project.

1.Induction you can find the rudeness of HR, 2.small Pantry with limited food option, 3.if you are not in project they might release you at any given day

No pros at all, You will be in intense pressure all the time and when appraisal comes the you will be given 1% or 2% hike

1. Very high work pressure 2. Very legacy code and framework 3. All good work is distributed to client's developer 4.Micro management 5. HR and Managers at citiustech are of no use, They can't even put your points to clients or HR whenever required. They are of literally no use 6. Company doesn't have much Projects in Healthcare Domain. But still hiring/firing takes place on daily basis.
