Job security Lot of politics You will get an extremely good performance rating for continuously 5 years and if you change team internally and manager is bad he/she will give bad rating and you will get fired. Your all previous credit will washed off in like minutes. Absolute no role of HR in this process they are just people following top orders.

Otherwise, you should be a lady.AVPs to the above level are most toxic and lazy. if you are a hard worker you can't stay long in Citi. They are hiring a lot of people from diverse cultures to increase their brand value but there is no job security. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign.
