I work in 5g SVI team in mobility BU. This is the worse team in Cisco. No work-life balance. The vibe is totally demotivating. You will be treated as a slave expected to work during weekend and late nights. Worse part our Sr Manager, Mr Uma Maheswar Rao promotes this work culture. Even though me and my colleagues working 18 hours everyday including weekends my manager keeps finding faults and keeps complains and gives huge lectures like an annoyed old man. We get calls to work during late nights and weekends to test and provide updates. He and other seniors play a lot of politics and always make us pay heavy price. Very unemotional peoples. There is no support no help nor any guidance here and still so much criticism. We gave bad feedback in company survey to hope things will get improve but he started shouting in open calls and force us to rewrite a positive feedback. Guys this place is actually hell so dont join here. My personal life with family, friends and girlfriend is a complete mess because of this team and the work culture by sr management. Do not want any human beings to go through the sufferings like I am. I also posted also in glassdoor 2 times but they remove my post. Hope not remove here....Read More

I am working in mobilty BU in SVI team. It is pathetic team. Uma is my manager name who only favurs old employees and uses new joinees. He is worst in management and pathetic technically. All new joinees joined under his leadership left. Still he continues being stupid.

Dislikes

Bad leadership by MOBILITY SVI Manager and his chosen team leads.No work life balance. Pathetic team. Never come here.
