a service delivery manager

Seeking Guidance

I have been working in a small company where I am playing following role such as Project manager, Service Delivery Manager, Business development manager, Content creation for Digital marketing activities, Recruitments, Escalation manager, Operations manager and Office Administration. We have only 5 to 6 customers, and one of our major customer has cancelled the contract. As a result, I have to get in to digital marketing and business development activities. Though, I brought a customer and few leads, my ideas were been questioned a lot and being doubted. Also, handling multiple responsibilities is getting stressful for me and I got hypertension. Overall I have got 9 years of IT exp, Currently, I am getting 15L in Coimbatore. I have not received any hike for this year. But I have been Incentive about 2L for the business that I brought. Can you please guide me, what approach I have to take to go up in my career ladder? Does MNCs looks for a specific role rather than these many roles?

It's a very progressive and growth based company.

Dislikes

Working from home sometimes tend to intrude with personal life as it takes away time you spend with family. I wish I could leave my work in office and come home with a clear mind.

Work is very interesting. Since the technology is new and exciting it is very fulfilling and gratifying to work here.
