Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No positive things about Cirrus, the worst company I have ever worked. Wouldn't recommend even my enemy to join this lousy company. I personally would prefer to die out of starvation than earn my daily bread from such a pathetic organization that focuses on maximizing on the helplessness of the other person.

Dislikes

There is no growth, tons of work pressure, 6 days a week & at least 9-12 hours of work on daily basis. The management is highly insensitive towards the struggles of the employee. No overtime, no timely incentive. Truly a miserable workplace to work. Please don't ruin your career by choosing to work here.
