My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes. Because we have to work + guide. Otherwise every thing is fine.
