The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am glad to work in this company. I learn many things in this company. Its best for fresher who want to learn new things.

There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes. Because we have to work + guide. Otherwise every thing is fine.

Generally speaking, As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience. To handle client issue and get appreciation from client its nice and feel happy.
