We and all the companies have good things and bad things and we understand that. Firstly you don't have job security which is actually bad. They will expect you to report next day even if you have worked till early in the morning. They will ask you to work even if you are on leave or h olidays. For some people working 24*7 is the norm Family Emergency and you want to leave, finish all your work before leaving. look evrything else is as bad as every other company in India so dont expect much....Read More

Job security here is good because in covid period also our jobs didn't get affected Also in case of learning it is good company to start your career as fresher because while working as tester here. You don't just have to test from frontend. You have access like database and services and procedures from which you get to learn database skills also which i think is beneficial...Read More

Management here is a bit disappointing because there are always early deadlines for almost every tasks. Even if that particular task is large impactable task then also you have to finish it as soon as possible

Team was good, no travel involved. No processes followed, no SDLC model followed.

Dislikes

Work culture, rigidity towards changes and introducing SDLC processes. No job security. HR policies are worse. They throw you out in a month's time after recruiting you without giving notice and severance this running your career. Won't suggest for Laterals at all. Product Manager. The CEO/ Owner was so rigid to introduce processes an bring in SDLC into picture that he almost made everyone's life miserable. The testers and developers including the product management teams were in terrible shape!
