Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Hi, I certainly don’t feel that any employee who has been mis treated by another employee will stay calm, they will definitely approach their reporting managers and management. Besides this there is another side of every behavior…when in spite of several warnings and requests there is no improvement in the behaviors and performance of any junior employee, in that case a senior employee or the re reporting manager and the HR on the requisition given by the management may take strict action to inline and discipline the employee in order to improve his/her performance plus in the benefit of the organization. Nobody will be strict towards anybody unless the other employee in spite of several guidelines fails to understand improve their behavior and work performance. We don’t know what exactly wrong had been done to you but we as a company and myself being the HR of this organization always try and make sure everybody is happy in their job and I have always welcomed my employees to share their concerns and problems if any. I don’t have any personal grudges with anyone. I have been instructed by the management to see that all employees follow the rules and regulations of the company and be disciplined in their behavior and actions plus dedicated towards their performance. Even I am an employee who does not have the authority to go out of my pocket or do anything without the consent and approval of the management. I would appreciate if you could elaborate the situation you are talking about and discuss the same personally so that we can resolve the mis conduct done to you if any. I believe that addressing this matter directly will help in resolving any misunderstandings and finding a constructive way forward. Please let me know a convenient time for us to meet and discuss this further.
