India management is now cold blooded. You can get fired any time for smallest mistake. They take everything seriously if you acknowledge honestly.

Dislikes

Employee Relations people will have all authority to fire you any time even if you have smallest error with tax saving document. They will not consider good part of anyone and go straight for ethics rather employee value.

Overall Company is good if you join other S&P division except market intelligence.

Dislikes

QA Managers and ADs in CIQ project at Gurgaon location are not supportive. They will ask you to work on weekends. They are biased during Bonus payout, Promotions and Appraisals. Most of the QAs left S&P Gurgaon due to low pay, weekend work and bad managers.
