The company environment was good. It was good company for freshers to learn new things and colleges was also friendly nature.

This company was not better for experience people because this company work traditional way not new thinking way. This company was provide limited knowledge(skills).

My work was as civil site engineer that suits my profile and skills. I was working hard in early days of my job and enhanced my skills.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
