Pays on time. Can learn something about industrial environment and industrial stuff in general.

Dislikes

Poorest management structure. More number of assistant managers and managers than required. Still management is poor. Production Planning and Control and Quality departments work as if they are working against each other. No sync or common goal between these departments. Entire pressure of all these departments fall on lower level employees like supervisors, quality inspectors and operator who are often just uneducated people. All this drags the company lower and lower....Read More
