there is nothing to like in this company , worst culture and worst peoples i ever seen in my entire life , EGOIST management , only expert in office politics , on consideration of increment performance not necessary " yes sir is necessary"

1. work culture - 0 2.behavior of management - 0 3.HR - negative ( gulam of management - 0 responsibility towards employee ) 4.work timing - not fixed -even you have to stay 15 hours they forced you to do with simple reason you have to complete this and you have to learn ****told you the case HR is soincompetent's i was confirmed after 1 year , then this HR put joining date and exit date on PF "same " , also when i left the PF account number is not mentioned on experience letter when i asked them to change they denied at start then takes 2 months to provide the letter now from 1 moth they not approving on te " PF system approval" even i told them i required to withdraw money for medical emergency ....still it is not approved .....they not pick up calls the reason they want to satisfy there " EGO"...Read More
