I had worked 6 months in this company, in a mean while my father had some health issues, so I went on a leave. After that management told that we don't believe your words, so we will send a police verification to your place. I said okay send . And I handover and explained all the works with accounts teams. But that company HR hold my salary. And HR is saying that your in absconded so we won't pay your salary. And the company need my work but they don't pay. Ethi less company and HR Department. And finally if you want to grow pls do choose these ethic less company.....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
