Likes

Work hours are the best. Although it's a service center, there aren't any late night shifts. The last logout happens at 9 PM. It's quiet new company and the policies are getting introduced one by one

Dislikes

Company Work Culture need to improve a lot. It does not have centralized thought process yet. Still every small thing is decided based upon your manager.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
