It is disheartening to see that organisations does not value there employees or their time and effort. Tasks are assigned without equaluating its benefits. Work load never reduces. During notice period employees are not entitled to get vacation pay or CL/SL but work load remains the same. The best of the teacher lost their motivation to work.

There is no freedom to work as you like. You are always monitored and forced to work as per their requirement.

No Job security even after serving then 7 years sincerely. If they don't want you, they can throw you out anytime.
