Good work environment and culture,but not in recent times 2012 onwards. Teammates are supportive and the management is not quite transparent. Company policies are good, but can be bent as management wishes. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus upto 3% if you are not sweet with management.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address issues with proper care, gets advise from third party which just mislead. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No training or international exposure to admin staff.
