Likes

I worked as an Kindergarten teacher, parents were very supportive. Salary was fine and they always paid in time. Politics is unbearable. Work environment is good. Teammates were horrible.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that partiality happens there. Management thinks they can fire any employee whenever they want. Politics was too much. More than teaching, teachers are more associated with gossips.

Job security - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

I worked as an Kindergarten teacher. I was very happy with the small kids. I taught them English and Hindi. During Annual day function I taught them dance and speech, it was very challenging.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
