With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Management is good but too much trusts upon HR & Admin who are spoiling company culture and ultimately company is suffering loss. Employees are not staying for too long because of toxic culture.

Dislikes

HR is very unprofessional, he doesn't know his duties but expects employees to follow all rules & regulations. He keeps changing from his words. Doesn't give any specific relieving date & doesn't release anyone even after serving notice period as per company policy but until finds replacement, be it 1 month, 2 months or even more. If you leave yourself then no salary is paid and F&F is done. Once someone resigns, he starts blaming that one has wasted company's time & money but he doesn't talk upon his failure & wrong promises he has made.
