Management is good but too much trusts upon HR & Admin who are spoiling company culture and ultimately company is suffering loss. Employees are not staying for too long because of toxic culture.

Dislikes

HR is very unprofessional, he doesn't know his duties but expects employees to follow all rules & regulations. He keeps changing from his words. Doesn't give any specific relieving date & doesn't release anyone even after serving notice period as per company policy but until finds replacement, be it 1 month, 2 months or even more. If you leave yourself then no salary is paid and F&F is done. Once someone resigns, he starts blaming that one has wasted company's time & money but he doesn't talk upon his failure & wrong promises he has made. Only needy people are able to stay & good people are not joining/staying due to his behaviour....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
