Total Politics Organization. we cant explore anything there, all are vintage people with zero knowledge. If we show our performance through experience, they only thing they do is fireup... I Worked with Motilal oswal for 5 years as an sales manager prior to join Chola, In MO the recognize only through our performance and our MIS Speaks... Here in Chola all are vintage people working in same company, if we try to correct something is wrong they will digest they only thing they do fireup in root itself, otherwise their job will be in suffer. The Pathitic part is even HR and Compliance department work with influence....Read More

Fully Politics, If you see the top hirachy all are 10+ experience from same organization. you cannot find more then 1% in top level, that 1% is also because of they learn and keep themselves deaf and dump for their survival...
