There is no liking this organisation, No value for Hard working employee. Huge politics Working day and night really pathetic. If you someone wants join this organisation in HL vertical please take market feedback and join. Bangalore Market is worst in this organisation.

Office Politics is at Highest level, because of some Old employees, culture becomes Toxic , There only motive that how employees forced to quit there Jobs There is no fixed time for the office, nothing closes, the office is open even on Sundays, work from 6 am to 8 pm, have meetings from 8 pm to 10 pm, then start meeting from 5 am Apart from this, work is also done in the office on 15 August and 26 January. Work culture, Team Management, They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
