Chintan has one of the most toxic work cultures I have ever been a part of. There is a weird hierarchy that plays within the organisation much like class hierarchy. The top management of the organisation including the founder have little respect or consideration for employees and are often condescending in their treatment. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
