One gets to work with a diverse group of stakeholders

Chintan has one of the most toxic work cultures I have ever been a part of. There is a weird hierarchy that plays within the organisation much like class hierarchy. The top management of the organisation including the founder have little respect or consideration for employees and are often condescending in their treatment. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
