Over all good , good working culture. Good leave policy .

Dislikes

performance evaluation is weak of India employee by Taiwan management.

Work Details

Alternative Saturday week off, almost follow govt rules. Good rules and regulations. Company follow strictly policy , however some policy against to employee benefit.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
