The working hours was 12 hrs which wasnt suitable after certain of period.and salary increament wasnt satisfied.

We met new people on daily basis not to much burdun and task you can do your work as per your comfort.

Dislikes

I hate the working hours which is 12 hrs and their rules regulations. They dont give you career assistent and cut off your salary on small things when u do.

Not so good not so bad good because i lovr my colleagues specially i had so many crush their and i always miss my best buddy which was very supportive for me mrunal.

The team I worked with was quite good, both professionally and personally. The primary attraction of working with MIAL is the novelty of working inside an airport, which never gets old :) Being a part of the aviation industry is a privilege.

Dislikes

The culture is dictated by the Adani group, which means almost all decisions, especially with respect to company policies are made by people sitting in Ahmedabad, who have no clue about day to day life in Mumbai. The HR policies especially are extremely mediaeval, with a 6 - day work week, 9 hrs punch in punch out and no remote working. The management is extremely unsupportive towards women and people living far away from the office location....Read More
