The novelty of working inside an airport never wears off. The legal team is not very large and aviation work is always varied and interesting, so there’s very little scope for getting bored.

Dislikes

The HR policies of the company are dictated by the Adani group (which runs Mumbai airport), which is headquartered at Ahmedabad. Considering that this is an Indian promoter driven group, the policies are not very employee friendly and there is a constant disconnect between the management at Ahmedabad and Mumbai. There is no remote working, the company works 6 days a week as opposed to many other companies which work 5 days, and the appraisals and increments are disappointing....Read More

It's an honour working at one of the top rated airport in world.

Dislikes

The culture is changing drastically and the sad part is all the once working are not getting work satisfaction they use to get earlier. No standard appraisal, increment, promotion even after working so hard and with dedication.
