Very dominating and toxic company don't care for it employees make rules that are only beneficial for their company even if employees are unsatisfied, toxic work culture,no fun,noe enjoyment no leaves for festivals totally grudge

I joined Chetu as fresher. Chetu helps me to enhance my technical silks. I mean it help me to learn different language. In Chetu environment is very supportive as technical and non-technical also.

i have been working at chetu, it seems their policies and professionalism are like Middle level MNC's. Good working cultures and attire level as well for freshers and experienced colleagues.

I'm very pleased to be a part of the chetu group, It has a great structure, All the people are friendly and helpful. Good company for those who are willing to Learn new technologies and want to enhance their skills. Chetu offers excellent benefits includes 6 month appraisal,Free cab facility,50% Meal Reimbursement. Constantly learning new Technologies related to various industries.

1- All team leader have 0 skills and 0 communication skills. 2- Management is disgusting, no professionalism. 3- Very low salary and also not sure when it will come. 4- No work life balance. 5- Min 2 years of bond for torture employees. 6- Late night work without over time pay. 7- Change policy any time. 8- Food is disgusting. Thinks thousands time before join.

Promotions and appraisals are fast here and you will learn as the company gives a lot of work.

Dislikes

They try to scam you and stop your promotions if you do anything wrong. Also, they ask you to work like a bondage labour.

In the name of chetu benefits basket chetu deducted more than one lakh rupees from your gross salary. No extra leave only 4 paid leaves in year. Alternate Saturday working. Bonus is added in salary slip when there is problem in your project that amount of bonus will deducted from your salary.

Really lame move by chetu to ask students to come for unpaid training that might stretch from 3 months to 9 months and then fire 60 out of 80 candidates just to select 5 -6 at the end . That too, they sign bond at the time of joining for training itself, for 4 years. And you need to pay 2.5Lakhs incase you want to leave in between. Can't believe how disgusting a company can be
