It is very nice Company and Pune Branch is best Branch. Our Manager is good and supporting both professional and personal. I joined Chetana Publications and she helped me in solving my family problems too a true family of Pune Branch. All staff are good and co-operative, very friendly environment. No salaries, only 35% salary difficult to manage finances, No travelling allowance given by HR Nikhil Wadkar. Hopeless HR who misguides about salary and petrol allowance. Management misguides and Branch Manager becomes Sandwich. Pune Branch Manager is very professional but no authority she has. Madam is very co-operative with all team members and goes with everyone in schools.

ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE TRUST & FAITH IN EACH OTHER . BUT ONLY OLD EMPLOYEES (working more than 5 years) work as Team &they don't allow any Employee to join them, so after some Months the New Employee lands in No Man's Land.

Company was good in education industry,Also higher authority is so responsible & helpful But Pune Branch manager was very poor in leadership. No knowledge in education industry.Need some maturity . They stolen executive's business.

So many things... Firstly branch manger was very poor in leadership. She don't have a clear vision or plan..Manager was only take employee's efforts business on her name. Also they take commission on every direct school order.. Every time manger told im form usa, i have a my own bunglow in usa. I have 3 flats in pune 1 in amanora..with all school principals they dont run a business they told only im so so. I joined Chetana Pune Branch as Sales Exective and our manager trained us practically on field cracks the calls for us and support us to achieve the targets.She is true leader and very good command over english.When it comes to work she is very strict.A great Leader on field and she is appreciated by many school Principals and She spends more time in training us too. There is less job security from top level management as pandemic situation and we all are sailing on the same boat in publication Industry. Our manager teaches us Personality Development and helps us to grow in the organisation. She is True Leader and Honest is in her work.She fights with management and seniors to protect her team. Chetana is good company but pays very less petrol and many people leave because target is more and petrol is less.Top level Management doesnt listen to us for petrol and reporting style same reports since our new ZSM has joined in Mumbai has brought policies with zero support of incentives and petrol allowance....Read More

Training by manager is too good we are learning and working too with our Branch Manager who has good relations in the market and with vendors which makes our job easy and we are new young team.Our Manager is very good in presentation too

I joined the company on 4th Jan 2021 , on that very date the Hr Mrs Sweta told my joining is on hold )****On 5th Jan 2020 I joined officially . On 25th Feb Mr Nikhil Wadekar HR head call me and told me 28 feb 2020 is my last working date . REASON : As due to 2nd stage Covid pandemic they are shutting down their operations (which is a bluff). I worked for 4yrs...I seen in and out of company.. no corporate culture..no induction..no traning.. company director gives bad words to employees even women.. 365 days u will see interview go in on.. new joiner hardly work 3 to 5months .so pls do not every join this company.. waste ur time

Female employee beware...if any female get married and pregnant company force him to give resignation.. and it's true ..no paid leave or pay. PF contribution issues...if ur CTC 20000 her pf 550..
