Biased & arrogent management, useless HR, no job security, people who sucks the feet of owner or his brother can only survive there beside all nonperformance, poor supply chain, Salery & benefits are low. If some one wants to spoil his carrier can join this company.

ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE TRUST & FAITH IN EACH OTHER . BUT ONLY OLD EMPLOYEES (working more than 5 years) work as Team &they don't allow any Employee to join them, so after some Months the New Employee lands in No Man's Land.
