Poor communication,Lack of transparency and unclear expectations. Employees are blamed for failures rather than being supported to learn and grow from mistakes.Leaders/HOD(So called)are busy on back biting their subordinates/Team members to demonstrate their own competence and they are only focused on pleasing the CEO by constantly saying"Yes Sir".Frequent resignation and dismissal of employees are evident.Salary hold is a common trend and even for no reason also as it's completely driven by CEO mood and inputs from HOD..
