Very Good Company for working and Learning. Intellegent people are respected and appreciated.

Sallary to work ratio is not proper. Ittegence, Honest, hard work , employee but they are not agressive , are not paid as per there work and knowledge, but some employees are not inllegent, hardwork but but aggresive to there benefit are paid more than expectation. For new comer very good salary , but for existing people not justifiable salary.

Canteen food is good, yes people talk negative about the same food. It's just the way they are but the canteen guy puts his heart into it. Festive Celebrations and normal activities are really good feels like a family but no credit to Usha. There is not much work really but the pressure is just tremendous when you join you will know.

Dislikes

Politics is redefined here, for some reason the MD also things is good. People with great salary do no work and with little to no salary work their hearts out. There is no appreciation and appraisals are done keeping in mind who will stay with them for the long run, is not worth the long run.
