Canteen food is good, yes people talk negative about the same food. It's just the way they are but the canteen guy puts his heart into it. Festive Celebrations and normal activities are really good feels like a family but no credit to Usha. There is not much work really but the pressure is just tremendous when you join you will know.

Dislikes

Politics is redefined here, for some reason the MD also things is good. People with great salary do no work and with little to no salary work their hearts out. There is no appreciation and appraisals are done keeping in mind who will stay with them for the long run, is not worth the long run.

1) When you leave the company they don't make your full & final settlement properly. 2) They will show big CTC's with variable part which they don't pay on time. 3) Yearly increments are very less, percentage-wise they will show you big figure, but again they manipulate in such a way that you will get less in hand.

Moderate job security but since it's MSME, not sure if current generation will blend into. Management is very supportive to people who shows the dedication and ready to thrive. Appraisals happens every year. Company doing good post pandemic.
