7 month salary is pending !! There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not at all on time, There is 3 month notice period.

No company policy, therefore, they don't respect for employees. They asked me to deploy at the site for expediting only a few months and now they just changed my profile from the corporate office to site.
