Incentive should be given for best performance so this would not only encourage but also give job satisfaction to teachers.Other teachers would also get motivated to be listed in best teachers..I feel non performers should be penalized so everyone would ensure to escape penalty. As a result the students would be benefited., quality of education would be imparted

Work Details

Work is enjoying and managed best if yor subordinates are supportive.But if they aren't then then the work load and responsibilities of lead increases, .one good thing is that we learn to should responsibilities effeciently and without assistance.
