You get to learn a lot as you get to interact with Sr. PM's and other management people in Samsung. The team at Samsung is very hard working, deligent and smart, so under their guidance you learn a lot. Unlike the Cheil team, here some departments still have smart and knowldegable people like the Data analytics team and performance team. Some divisions of creative team is also good.

Dislikes

Many hires in Mid-management, Creative and Studio team are pathetically bad, please beaware of them. Guess it is because they are hired on reference and are not througly assesed or evaluated during the interview process. This makes it difficult for other employees to get the work done around them even if it gets completed its not done right at the first go because of their lack of experience and limited knowledge....Read More

Young fellows are good. The top level management keep no stand for their team nor in front of the client.

Dislikes

Everything is against your will. Expats are just worried about the work. You cry or die. They don't care. Same with Indian management, don't have spine or say in front of the client. I have seen so many girls breaking down because in front of whole office the client shouted on them. I took my decision knowing my capability but during war zone no one support you.
