It is an employee centric company. Perks are good and office is amazing. Higher management is really good.

There is no process in place to report your manager. Favouritism by manager. No appreciation from manager. Manager only focuses on what you are not doing.

There are heavy policies at the HR department level(Delhi), and the higher management is completely flawed. Due to bad decisions made by the Content Operations department, the company will be destroyed in two years. The leaders are not listening to the voices of ground-level experts (SMEs)

There are a lot of things to dislike: Management is very poor. Specially the HR head. There is a lot of favouritism done. I can vouch that for the content team which i was a part of. The managers within this team were people who hardly knew what they were doing. If there is any task of just talking gibberish, then they are master of it.

Mind boiling pressure at work. Manager calls you after work at any time even at mid night and give you work which needs to be completed and sent on email on the same night. No patience from top management. They are continuously putting pressure on everyone. Company has removed more than 40℅ of the workforce. Silent layoff is going on for so long as well. Chegg is on the verge of shutting down.
