Nothing to like, the management is a blunder, Admin head is 0 if rated in terms of Integrity. POSH is nothing for the Admin head.

Dislikes are more in count I was asked to work from office in peak COVID period though the CEO has asked to work from home but my boss asked me to travel on daily basis

Nothing..the management doesn't value its employees

Dislikes

People are not valued by the management team. Appraisals are poor and doesn't happen on time. Employees are underpaid to other companies in same industry. To top it the new HR head who joined last year doesn't even try to understand people's concerns.
