Working culture is one of the best in private sector. Lot of things to be learned over there. Seniors are very supportive if you are hard working and true to your job.

I started my career from CBL as a commissioning engineer and got great opportunities in learning as well as foreign projects in 4.5 years before i joined another organisation.
