No insurance no benefits like canteen service, life insurance,worst HR department Some people will not teach you anything as they will say that you would leave the company in two to three years, Leaves are deducted without our consent and there is no transparency of deduction of leaves or salary. Too much politics in office chaatukars are sitting everywhere. South Indian are trying to hire only south Indians. Haryanvis are trying to hire only haryanvis. All recruitment are done on only reference. Whether they have knowledge or not people are getting hired only on reference. Checkers(Draughstmen) are worst as they do not stand for right even a single time aal are chaatukars only.Higher management and hr are of no use...Read More

Colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure, no softwares. Even engineers work manually not even AutoCAD for engineers. Small projects do not give good opportunities. Good for freshers but not for experienced.
