I really wanted to find something to like about this company but unfortunately couldn't find it in my 6 months of this company

Dislikes

This company makes sure to get on your nerves every single day. The shift is of 9 hours but you have to have work for 12 hours a day to meet the target. They expect 100% quality from humans.

Only good thing was my team/colleagues.

The work process is very critical and no cooperation from the management at all, also the shift time used to exceed daily for more than 2 hours. Terrible shift timings eventually affected health.

Salary offered from CHCS is good.

CHCS is a new company, recently separated from Capgemini so they doesn't have their own IT & HR team. Both are third party and due to this employee can't get their issues resolution on time. Also work load is very high with no job security.

I have completed one year with the company. Excellent work environment. Leadership is transparent and approachable. Salary is decent. It is complete work from home profile which saves travel time and allows work life balance. There are incentive and RnR Programs also. Team activities are also conducting and winners get rewards.
