Just one thing that my company should think about taking Medical representatives and not DSA. A medical representative is the backbone of any company, who can make or break. Charak have excellent products better then any Ayurvedic company in India even Himalaya or Dabur. No company can compare efficacy of products with charak.Just small focus on people can make charak the no.1 Ayurveda company in the world. I am not saying charak is not paying well, charak has one of the best incentive structure in the country and the company is paying more than any other company in the country, but very few people especially the young generation is able to understand the concept of charak. Those who have understood the concept and worked hard have spent more than 30 years in charak and earned great incentives and commission.
