as a fresher you get new learning and explore yourself company its always ready for new implementing new ideas and provide good infrastructure support function is very copperative

Dislikes

Policy is not in the favor of employees there is term KPI (incentive) which shows part of your CTC but its hard to achieve some time then and incentives can never be the part of CTC there is policy you have to move horizontal or vertical movement after serving 3 years in company which is not in favor of employee

This place in fine in terms of infrastructure, its a good organization for freshers to start their career with, but people having experience or working here for a long term they will not see any sort of financial growth or any kind of benefit working here specially people working at a lower level.
